Crack Filling
Cracks can be an eyesore, but with our parking lot crack repair solutions, we can fill and protect your cracks in a matter of hours. We use PennDOT-approved rubberized crack filling material, which is designed to protect the surface from moisture and freeze-thaw cycles. Crack filling your pavement on an annual basis offers the most cost-efficient way to maintain your parking lot and preserve its lifespan.
Sealcoating
Our sealcoating and rejuvenating services help prevent water from seeping into the asphalt, which could result in cracks, unsightly potholes, and other long-term damage. We’ll prepare and clean the pavement area, then apply a primer for proper adhesion. Our team will spray the sealer or rejuvenator by hand using specialized applicators to ensure the highest-quality finished product on your parking lot.
Line Painting
Clear lines are essential for parking lots. They improve the appearance of the lot, help control traffic flow, and maintain compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our line painting service includes discussing your needs with you, confirming the paint layout and colors, and applying the paint within your scheduling timeline. Our paint is “fast-dry” in order to minimize disruptions to your facility as much as possible!
Pavement Maintenance Services
Get top-of-the-line solutions for maintaining your local highway, township, or borough roadway. Our team can seal up to 18 miles of sealing in one mobilization, servicing your highway and municipality needs efficiently. Our pavement maintenance services include:
- J-Band®: Our team applies this treatment under the location of longitudinal joints right before paving. This significantly reduces air voids in longitudinal joints from the bottom up – literally.
- Tack coat: Tack coat is an asphalt emulsion applied to an existing layer of asphalt, to help it bond properly to a new layer of asphalt.
- Prime coat: Prime coat can be used as a dust control measure, or it can be applied to base rock prior to paving in order to prepare the base for asphalt layers.
- PG64-22 joint and barrier sealing: We use PG64-22 (also called AC-20) material to seal joints, barrier, curbs, and vertical edges.
- Hot rubberized joint sealing: Our team fills longitudinal joints with a flexible rubber material for superior protection, extending pavement life and protecting it from the weather.
- GSB-88: If your pavement has been damaged by oxidation, wear and tear or another cause, GSB-88 will restore the resins and oils, creating a water- and sunlight-resistant seal.
