About Our Founder

Daniel Krieg started his business in 1933, selling 55-gallon drums of asphalt. In a short time, he began oil and chipping roads throughout Central Pennsylvania. Over ninety years later, Daniel B. Krieg, Inc. remains family-owned and continues to be a leader in the application of liquid asphalt products. We have also grown our two retail locations in Harrisburg, PA, and York, PA substantially over the years. At D.B. Krieg, we are your One Stop Shop for traffic safety products, asphalt tools, signs, posts, pipe, geotextiles, and much more.
